Give two choices to your customers

If you give only one choice to customers, customers would be having only YES or NO choice. The chances of rejection will be much higher.

If you give two choices to your customers, Choice A or Choice B so chances of closing a deal increase. Most probably, a YES or NO decision can eliminate from their mind and they may focus on Choice A or Choice B only.

These choices could be in terms of product/service features/versions or quotations.
